-definitely location -clean room -economic price compared to other good located hotels -a bakery just across the street

-old building -thin walls (some unexpected (!) noises & sounds possible)

The beds, it was the worst beds you can ever find in a hotel. We could not sleep all the night, it is not uncomfortable, and so dirty that was full of small bugs, it kept bothering us all the night long. The location, it is nice near the city center, but the train is passing under the building, you can feel it and hear the noise of it every few minutes. This hotel was the worst hotel i hve ver stay in during my travels

Proximity to Berlin city centre

Staff gave our apartment to other travellers day before we arrived. They then tried to give us a smaller inferior room ) we booked a 3 rooms apratment tried to get us to take a 2 room apratment) until we complained. We had to mover rooms after two days, very inconvenient. We wre very disappointed as the apartment charge was taken before we inspected our room, it was only after we complained that the problem was recitfied but it took an extra 2 days and we were inconvenienced with the move of our belongings etc. We are very disappointed as the management tried to put us in an inferior apartment than booked via bookings.com and tey also would have chaged us at this higher rate if we did not have our booking details at hand. Very disappointing and very underhanded by the apartment management.

Clean and very comfortable apartment, fully equiped kitchen, very good location, near everything someone would need, train and subway station, super market, restaurants, bakery. Also the zoo is very close Staff was very helpful and polite Very good value for money

It is very near the railway, trains passed all the time, it was no problem with windows closed but it may be annoying at summer

A good location and a clean and spacious room.

Superb location in the very centre of Berlin with everything within walking distance. The room was simple but cosy, comfortable bed, very clean. Big bathrom and shower, free WiFi, easy to find parking outside. The price was a giveaway. Will choose this hotel for my next trip.

Double room but only 1 chair....

Location very close to metro station, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping center. Large living room and a nice kitchen. Perfect for families with children. Bakery opposite the hotel was really nice to get fresh sandwiches each day for breakfast. Parking in the hotel was cheap compared with public parking places. Good service, problem solved with internet solved very fast.

1.Our beds were broken 2.The cook worked very slowly 3. The noise of trains disturbed us 4. The glass on the cupboard was broken

Great location and price. Provided facilities and helpful staff were also a big plus.

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the mattress was too thin and not the most comfortable to sleep on.

big rooms, central location, easy to find and move around

It was very comfort space, very nice bed, nice dining area with TV, DVD, stereo line. Kitchen was very well equipped and if I had time, I could make anything I wanted. Bathroom is ok. All was clean and nice. Location excellent - for fair visitors, for making some quick shopping.

Check out time is at 11 a.m. and even I had possibility to put my luggage at safe place, it could be much better to allowed some late check out, even with some extra money.

Large rooms with refrigerator sentrally placed 100 meters from Kudam.

Railways runs 50 meters from the room, but not very noisy.

The location off the Ku'damm was good.

Built beside a busy railway and over a Casino. Lots of street fighting at 5 am in the morning over the weekend. Decor of Apartment poor for the price we paid.

Very large apartment, perfect for vacation with family. Well equipped. Although old, everything was spotless.

We were on the 4th floor and there was no internet access. Wireless worked perfectly well from the lobby.
